BBQ Blast!

The last general membership meeting before the summer break was last night (May 28) and the theme was "Open House" at Local 331.  About 150 members, guests and kids came from all over to enjoy the DJ music, open pit BBQ and fellowship after the shortened business meeting.  Guest attorneys spoke from the Legal Services Fund on how members can get more benefits from the fund for their personal legal matters.

Everyone had a great time as the pictures show.  During the meeting Marcus summarized his report to the IBT on the progress of the trusteeship.  The 50-50 drawing was for $112 and the winner donated back to the Scholarship Fund.  Every member received a Local 331 T-shirt as a door prize.  Have a great summer and see you at the next meeting in September!
